Early Burlatt (-15)
Our earliest cherry Brought to the US from Morocco in 1936, the Burlatt is a red sweet cherry that has a good flavor and kicks off the season with a sweet treat two weeks before other cherries. Although a softer cherry these are best for freezing, juicing, drying and using in jams.
