The Fantasia nectarine is a large heirloom variety that is classified as a yellow nectarine. The outer skin of the Fantasia is a deep red color with blushing tones of golden yellow. With a firm texture, the inner flesh is very juicy, offering an overall sweet flavor with lingering acidic and mild tart notes. Excellent for eating, canning, jamming or drying.
